I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms left a lot to be desired as they were quite dirty, which was a huge letdown. However, the staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help out. The location was decent, not too far from Hurghada, and the dining options were pretty good with a nice variety. Overall, it felt like good value for money, but cleanliness is definitely an area that needs improvement.
